VCSE Household Recycling Centre Permit

• your organisation is a voluntary, community, or charity group operating in the local authority area of Wiltshire. This excludes Swindon Borough Council
• the items you plan to bring have been donated by Wiltshire residents for reuse, but you have been unable to reuse and resell these items, such as items left over from furniture reuse charities, charity shops and jumble sales
• the items you plan to bring to the sites are recyclable materials (non-recyclable waste will not be accepted) 

If you meet this criteria and wish to apply, email recyclingcentres@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) for an application form.  

You may not be eligible to purchase a permit if: 

• you want to dispose of non-recyclable material
• you want to dispose of commercial waste, such as from an office or a fundraising event
• you do not operate in the Wiltshire Council local authority area

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria but wish to dispose of recyclable materials at a HRC as a one-off, contact recyclingcentres@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) and we will consider your request.

You can contact us by emailing recyclingcentres@wiltshire.gov.uk (opens new window) and we will reissue a replacement permit.

No. Each group will be issued one permit only.

You can cancel the permit at any time however we will not provide a refund.
