Section 58 - A354 Coombe Bissett
New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 Section 58 Notice of Substantial Road Works
1. Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works.
2. The street in which these works will take place is: A354 Coombe Bissett. The work is expected to affect along A354 between the 40mph speed limit north of Coombe Bissett village and the 30mph speed limit south of Coombe Bissett village.. Coordinates 411442,127131 - 410873,126575 - 410833,126387 - 410688,125690.
3. Work is expected to commence on 15th March 20201 and the restriction will come into force on the 9th April 2021.
4. The works notified will include the following: Carriageway Resurfacing and associated maintenance works.
5. Subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of three years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
