Section 58 - Various roads, Lower Westwood

New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58, Notice of Substantial Road Works

1. Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to carry out substantial road works.
2. The streets in which these works will take place are: Leslie Rise / Tynings Way / Boswell Road / Hebden Road, Lower Westwood.   The work is expected to affect the entire carriageway of;
   Leslie Rise, Lower Westwood; from its junction with Bobbin Lane for its entirety
   Tynings Way, Lower Westwood; from its junction with Boswell Road to its junction with Leslie Rise (excluding spur).
   Boswell Road, Lower Westwood; from its junction with Lower Westwood Road for its entirety.
   Hebden Road, Lower Westwood; from its junction with Boswell Road for its entirety.
3. Work is expected to commence on 21 February 2022 and the restriction will come into force on the 22 April 2022.
4. The works notified will include the following: Carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works.
5. Subject to the exemptions in the Acts and Regulations under it, no road or street works may be executed for a period of two years from completion of the works described in Paragraph 4 without the consent of the said highway authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
