Our contact centre is open from 9am to 5pm weekdays. We have an out of hours service where you can report repairs overnight or on weekends. You should only report emergency repairs by telephone when the office is closed. Anything non-urgent should be logged on the iHousing Portal, by email or wait until the next working day to speak to the team.
