Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) will be switching to their annual winter opening hours from next month

A new recycling and reuse partnership initiative is being trialled in Devizes later this month, which will see residents given the opportunity to buy bargain quality used items sourced from Wiltshire Council's household recycling centres.

A Chippenham resident has been handed a large fine at Swindon Magistrates Court for fly-tipping his domestic waste in the rural countryside.

Eligible Wiltshire students and their families are being reminded of the support available if they need to self-isolate as a household due to COVID-19.

Wiltshire Council is urging people to cancel any bookings for household recycling centre (HRCs) visits that they no longer need, at least a day in advance, as more than 500 appointments are being missed during some weeks.

People are being urged to follow the Government's guidance and keep themselves and their loved ones safe over the Easter break

Wiltshire Council is delighted to confirm that all council-run leisure centres will reopen on 3 December.

Applications for the Additional Restrictions Grant scheme must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 18 December 2020
