Wiltshire Council has provided a further update on City Hall, Salisbury

Wiltshire Council has been awarded a grant from the Chewing Gum Task Force, administered by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, to clean up gum and reduce gum littering.

Five of Wiltshire Council's area boards are working together with a local charity to support and improve engagement with young people, particularly those who might feel isolated due to living in a rural area.

Wiltshire Council has confirmed that the booking system for its household recycling centres (HRCs) will end on 19 July and, from this date, people will be able to visit a site without booking in advance.

Salisbury Household Recycling Centre (HRC) will temporarily close from Monday 22 February-Wednesday 24 February inclusive for essential resurfacing works.
