At Salisbury Area Board last night (Thursday 28 September), Wiltshire Council updated on the next steps involved in reopening City Hall, Salisbury as an entertainment venue.

With the launch of two new community groups this Autumn, staff at the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre hope to bring residents together to collect and preserve Wiltshire's rich heritage.

Visitors and local residents in Pewsey and Trowbridge can now enjoy exploring their local history and cultural heritage with the towns being the latest to be added to the 'Explore Wiltshire' heritage app.

Wiltshire Council is continuing with the annual process of ensuring the county's electoral register is up to date by contacting Wiltshire residents who have not yet responded to the annual canvass.
