Wiltshire Council is asking for people's feedback on its action plan to help ensure the air quality throughout Wiltshire is safe

Wiltshire Council has been awarded a grant from the Chewing Gum Task Force, administered by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, to clean up gum and reduce gum littering.

Wiltshire libraries are encouraging families with children aged 4 to 11 to join in the popular and free Summer Reading Challenge from Saturday 15 July, which aims to inspire children to read as much as they can.

Children at eight Salisbury schools have worked with professional artists to create beautiful BookBenches that will be located at Salisbury Library during August before returning to the schools for the children to use in the autumn.

The campus will open its doors on 1 August from 10am

Following public consultation on anti-social behaviour in Downton and Redlynch, Wiltshire Council is putting a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in place in the area from Summer 2022.
