Shrewton is in a rural location, 6 miles west of Amesbury and 14 miles north of Salisbury. There are bus services to Amesbury, Devizes and Salisbury. 

Parsons Green offers 12 single bedroomed bungalows and 12 double bedroomed for social rent. Each bungalow has a private garden. Airflow heat pumps provide heating and hot water, and there is electricity for cooking.  The charges include a 24/7 emergency alarm line.

There is a twin guest room and communal residents' lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities, garden and some on site parking for residents and visitors. 

Parsons Place is on a slope and there are ramps to the bungalows. There is no mobility scooter store.
