A new Future Chippenham scheme is being considered by Cabinet at an extraordinary meeting on 21 July 2021 in direct response to feedback received during the recent public consultation on the Future Chippenham distributor road route options.

The Salisbury Central Area Framework (CAF), a major planning document which will help shape the future of Salisbury city centre, has been unanimously endorsed by the Strategic Planning Committee at their meeting earlier today (26 August 2020).

Part of the Ridgeway National Trail in Wiltshire will be closed to motor vehicles over the spring and summer months to enable repair works to be completed.
