Wiltshire Council is putting out a call for people considering a career in care to join them in a new service which helps people gain independence after a hospital stay.

Wiltshire Council is encouraging people who may have time to spare or thinking of a new career in social care to join a government scheme that will support care provision across the county.

At Full Council on 23 February, Wiltshire Council Leader Cllr Philip Whitehead said a rapid scrutiny review will go ahead around issues surrounding Furlong Close where Wiltshire Council has a number of residents.
