Two Shared Lives Carers who have provided a welcome home and support to 50 vulnerable adults over 14 years have shared their experiences to encourage more people to take up the role.

On 22 May the Wiltshire Council Reablement Service celebrated five years of providing an innovative service that supports people to achieve what's important to them to live at home independently.

The first hospitals in Wiltshire to take part in a new scheme that recognises excellent levels of support for carers on hospital wards and in outpatient departments have been handed their awards.
