Council leaders have pledged to support young people leaving care in Wiltshire by building on the good work already ongoing.

People providing a caring role for family and friends are being asked for feedback to help shape services for unpaid carers in the future.

The council is part of a national scheme which helps people live as part of a family, within the carer's home
