Wiltshire Council has today (Friday 9 February) taken the decision to stop using Denwell Coaches, which provides transport to two schools in the county.

Wiltshire Council successfully delivered the Government's Holiday Activity and Food programme to over 1,800 young people during four weeks of the summer holidays. The Wiltshire Year of Reading starts today (27 September 2021) encouraging everyone from very young children to older adults to enjoy the written word.

The council funds 19 residents at Furlong Close, with 13 other residents funded by 12 other local authorities

People wanting to report domestic abuse will be able to access a new out of hours number from this week.

A community support service which has been available in eight areas in Wiltshire is being restructured and expanded to provide wider support across the whole county.
