Wiltshire has been highlighted twice in a national report which charts the success of a scheme which recruits volunteers to have a positive impact in a young person's life.

Food charities and community organisations in Salisbury have joined forces to establish a new local food network to offer additional provision to residents of Salisbury that are in most need of support.

Wiltshire Council Libraries are encouraging families to take part in this year's 'Gadgeteers' themed Summer Reading Challenge which aims to inspire children to read as much as they can.
